The migration for Aetna Better Health of New Jersey has been completed. ConnectCenter should now be used, in place of Emdeon Office/WebConnect, to submit claims, check eligibility or check claim status. ConnectCenter gives you a more reliable, more complete way to submit claims, all at no cost to you.

If you wish to retain access to Emdeon Office/WebConnect claims, please take the following steps to establish a Reporting & Analytics Customer Portal account that can be accessed independently of Emdeon Office/WebConnect.
| 1. | Begin by going to https://cihs.customerportal.changehealthcare.com/CIHS/ and selecting the Forgot Password link.
| | 2. | Provide your email address and the same Username you previously used to access the Emdeon Office / WebConnect portal.
| | 3. | Once your new password is emailed to you, please make note of the Username and Password for use in future access to Reporting & Analytics. |
| NOTE: The Customer Portal option found in the ConnectCenter Claims menu will open the https://cihs.customerportal.changehealthcare.com/CIHS/ login page. You will need to know your Username and Password to proceed.
If you are unable to obtain a new password as described above, please contact the Reporting & Analytics customer support team for assistance at 877-603-1968, Option 3.
